This 5-Minute Smoothie Bowl Will Change Your Life

Here's a 5-minute recipe for a protein-packed and nutrient dense smoothie bowl that will keep you feeling energized and youthful:

Ingredients: 

  • 2 scoops of Daily Dose Collagen
  • 200 grams of frozen strawberries and bananas 
  • 1 TBSP of honey
  • 50 grams of non-fat dry milk powder
  • 170 grams of non-fat Greek yogurt

554 Calories
54 grams of Protein
73 grams of Carbs
1 gram of fat

Step by step instructions

1. Add 2 scoops of collagen (I used the chocolate flavor), roughly 200 grams of frozen strawberries and bananas, a tablespoon of honey, 50 grams of non-fat dry milk powder, and 170 grams of non-fat Greek yogurt to your blender.

2. Blend on high for about 2 minutes

3. Scrape down the sides and then blend for another 2 minutes

4. Add to a bowl and top with whatever you like
