Here's How You Can Make Fat-Loss Effortless

Let’s be honest—fat loss has a reputation for being painful. You imagine hours on the treadmill, bland chicken and rice, and giving up everything that makes life enjoyable. But what if I told you it doesn’t have to be that way?

I'm living proof that fat loss can be simple, sustainable, and yes—even enjoyable. I’ve been running a protocol I call Effortless Fat Loss, and the results have been insane, not just for me, but for every client who’s followed it to a tee.

The Power of Fasting: Start Your Day Like This
Here’s the deal: I wake up around 5:00 a.m., and I don’t eat for the first 6–8 hours of my day. Before you freak out—you don’t have to go that hard. If you’re new to fasting, start with 5–6 hours.

If you’re waking up at 7:00 a.m., push your first meal to noon or 1:00 p.m. During this fasting window, I sip on black coffee (Americano, no sugar), water, and sparkling water with lemon. That’s it.

You’ll be amazed how focused and productive you feel when you're not constantly thinking about food. My body turns into a fat-burning, work-crushing machine. Seriously—it changed my life.

What to Eat When You Do Eat
When it’s time for that first meal, you’re not choking down dry chicken. You’re eating real food that tastes amazing.

Here’s what my first meal looks like:

Daily Dose Chocolate Collagen – 27g protein, tastes like hot cocoa

Full-fat Greek yogurt – gut-healthy and satiating

Pitted dates – sweet, satisfying, and packed with nutrients

Raw honey or maple syrup – natural sugars to refuel you

Natural peanut butter – only peanuts and salt, nothing else

It's simple. It's sweet. And it tastes like sex in a bowl (not even kidding).

Two Workouts a Week. That’s It.
You don’t need to train like a maniac. I only lift twice a week—that’s right, two days. The rest of the time, I focus on:

Active recovery like yoga and martial arts (Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu)

Walking 10k–15k steps a day

Stretching and mobility work

With this approach, I give my body 72–96 hours to recover. And guess what? My strength keeps going up, and I stay lean year-round.

You don’t need to kill yourself in the gym. You need to train smart, not hard.

Real Meals That Burn Fat
Dinner is where it gets fun—and filling. Here’s a staple meal from my Effortless Fat Loss Program:

Ground beef cooked in beef tallow

2–3 pasture-raised eggs

Crispy potatoes (fried in beef tallow)

Hot sauce (if you like it spicy like I do)

Potatoes are one of the most satiating foods on the planet. That means you feel full for longer and don’t crave junk. Combine that with protein and healthy fats, and you're golden.

My clients eat like this and still lose fat consistently. One guy dropped over 40 lbs in just a few months. Another gained muscle and carved out a 50-inch chest while slicing off 20 pounds of fat. All by eating steak, potatoes, chicken teriyaki, and rice.

Yes, you can have your carbs—and still get shredded.
